Please note that the organizers of IFLA 2012 Satellite Meeting will not make hotel reservations for you. In order to guarantee that you will have an easy access to hotel accommodation, the organizers of IFLA 2012 Satellite Meeting have, however, pre-reserved rooms from several hotels in Turku. Most hotels are centrally located and within walking distance from the meeting venue, which is very convenient for your stay in Turku.
August is the prime holiday time in Finland, and hotels are normally fully-booked. Please, be sure to make your reservation early enough to guarantee accommodation and always use the booking code of the hotel in question!
