Everybody has the right to use the Law Library. The collection is meant mainly for reference only but overnight and weekend loans are also available.
The library is situated on the first floor of the Faculty of Law building Calonia. There are photocopiers and computers available. The collections of Finnish Parliamentary Documents and Compendium of Cases are kept in a separate room.
The lecture hall by the library is also available for students for studying even outside the library opening hours.
Photocopying and printing
There are two photocopiers available in the library. One of them can be used also as a printer. Copy cards can be purchased from the Loans Service Desk.
Interlibrary services
The Law Library provides inter-library loans in general for two weeks. Material such as course books, reference books, periodicals, dictionaries and encyclopedias can not be borrowed. However, library can send photocopies of requested articles.
