INFORMATION REQUESTS
We at the Information Services assist students and personnel with information retrievals and subject enquiries according to customer's search profiles. Information retrievals are conducted from domestic and international databases and -banks available at the library. In most cases the results of the information requests are presented as references to articles. Several full text and factual databases are also available to information service.
Customers can place an information request in person, by Information request form or by phone (02) 333 5869 Main Library, (02) 333 7532 Medical Library or (02) 333 5919 European Documentation Centre.
Information requests will be charged according to the Pricelist of services.
