ENQUIRIES
Library staff at the different library units will assist customers in finding the information needed. In some library units enquiries can be made at a combined loans and enquiries desk and in some units at a separate desk.
The enquiries desk at the Main Library is open during the terms from Monday to Friday between 10-17. Librarians answer questions ranging from the use of the library and its resources to the problems of information searches. You can also make an enquiry by email library@utu.fi or by phone (02) 333 6177.
At the discipline-specific libraries staff will assist with enquiries during office hours, for more information see Opening hours. European Documentation Centre gives information on the use of the EU information sources during office hours.
For more complex subject-specific information requests (e.g. theses searches and citation analyses), please contact information specialists working at the Main Library, at the Medical Library or at the European Documentation Centre.
